Vaughan is the founder of The Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby, A.P.C. Vaughan became a Personal Family Lawyer® out of his desire to make an authentic contribution to the lives of his clients and their families.Vaughan is committed to empowering his clients with the legal knowledge and tools necessary to provide for and protect their families.

Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Arts de­gree in Communication from California State University Northridge and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Vaughan is admitted to practice in the states of California, Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition Vaughan is admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court. Vaughan served as adjunct professor of law with Empire College School of Law.

As an Adjunct Professor of law Vaughan de Kirby taught the subject of Business Organizations. This was a broad based Business Law course focusing on all forms of business organizations from Sole Proprietorship to Limited Partnership and Corporate Law. He brings this training and years of business experience to the service of his international investor clients seeking the EB-5 Visa category.

Vaughan and his wife Christine have been married 37 years and are the parents of three children.

Attorney Anders Johnson has been an Associate with of the Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby for seven years. Anders brings a broad range of experience in his service to the firm's clients.

Anders is a nationally recognized author of the DUI/DWI Survival Guide - The Guilt Myth Anders has been practicing law for sixteen years. Before moving back to California in 2001, Anders held the position of City Attorney in Marengo, Iowa, for 10 years.

Anders is a native of the state of Iowa, and attended the University of Iowa. Anders holds three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science, Communications and Journalism. Anders also holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning. Anders was awarded a Juris Doctorate by the University of Iowa. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honorary fraternity.

Anders is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Iowa. He is a admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 8th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal, and Federal District Court regional bars in California and Iowa.

Sang

Sang Kim

Sang graduated from one of the finest universities in the country, New York University where he excelled academically graduating with a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. He was awarded the Presidential Community Service Award while at NYU.
Sang then went on to study law at one of our country’s exceptional law schools, Brooklyn Law School.

Before entering Law School, Sang worked for two years as a Legal Assistant for Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP specializing in immigration law.

Sang worked for the Brooklyn Legal Services-Safe Harbor Project where he filed asylum and refugee claims, Adjustment of Status and Waivers under the Violence Against Women Act and argued cases before Immigration Court.

Sang was the Immigration & Foreign Affairs Fellow to U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton for one year. In this position he advocated and advised constituents on immigration matters including visas, foreign adoptions, refugee and humanitarian parole and assisted constituents in dealing with USCIS. In this position Sang drafted Memoranda for Senator Clinton’s office on immigration and public policy.

Sang went on to spend four years with the law firm of  Rose Carson Kaplan Choi and White, LLP where he managed the firms handling of nonimmigrant visas H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, and TN for corporate clients. In addition he was the supervising attorney in PERM cases as well cases involving Outstanding and Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver categories. In his position he supervised a staff of Immigration Paralegals.
