Vaughan de Kirby has 29 years experience as a dedicated advocate for his firm’s clients. His goal is to further justice by protecting his client’s rights and achieving the immigration goals they require.
Vaughan holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication from California State University Northridge and a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. First licensed to practice law in 1981 Vaughan is now licensed to practice law in the states of California, Texas, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Vaughan is admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court.
Vaughan established the Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby, A.P.C. in 1981 with the vision of providing the firm’s clients with the best possible legal representation and an exceptional level of client service. His goal is to create a team of outstanding talent committed to this vision and the real needs of the firm’s clients.
In addition to establishing his law firm in 1981 Vaughan has authored seven books on a variety of legal subjects. He served as an adjunct professor of law at Empire College of Law teaching Business Organizations. The attorney rating service AVVO.com has given Vaughan the highest possible rating of 10 on a 10 point scale calling him a “Superb” choice as your attorney. Vaughan is a native Californian living in Marin County just north of San Francisco.
Vaughan has been married 38 years to his wife Christine and they are the parents of three adult children.
