Hello I’m Investment Immigration attorney Vaughan de Kirby here in San Francisco. And a question keeps coming up: is the September 30th deadline real?
No. 1 we’re treating it as VERY REAL because we’re very concerned about our clients. We honestly DON'T KNOW what Congress will do. We DON'T KNOW what our current administration will do. Therefore the only action a rational person could take is to get their application in for EB-5 as soon as possible.
Now I want you to know that we’re absolutely committed to our clients’ success. And because of that commitment, we are NOT going to be accepting any EB-5 applications after September 1st. We are doing that because we want to make absolutely certain that we can be committed to our existing clients.
If EB-5 is important to you, please contact us (415-221-2345) soon, because except for special circumstances, we are not going to accept any new applications after September 1st. I hope this is helpful to you, and I wish you all the luck in your EB-5 application.
