Chris Chan, NBC News: Now we have “The EB-5 Investor’s Guide to a Green Card” in both English and Chinese. Why did you decide to write the book?

Vaughn de Kirby: Well, my experience as an attorney, and as a human being for that matter, is the better informed you are, the better you are able to take advantage of this program. I don’t think anyone should invest in the EB-5 program unless they truly understand the program and they understand the benefits, but they understand what they’re going to go through, what their requirements are. And in my book, I also in Section 2 of my book, I cover that due diligence subject. I cover the subject of what they should be asking the attorney and financial advisor, because it is my belief that an educated investor is a good investor.
