As many of you may know, on Monday September 30th, EB-5 was set to sunset, to end. Congress and this administration have extended EB-5 until November 21st of this year. That’s very important. Obviously we didn’t want to lose EB-5 altogether. It is absolutely essential that if a Green Card is critical for you and your family, you take action. We’re accepting a very, very limited number of clients at this point, because we’re committed 100% to the success of our clients. We don’t want to go beyond our capabilities. This is probably also true of other really solid law firms.
If EB-5 is important to you, don’t wait to take action. It’s a very complex application. And it’s a complex decision that you’re going to be involved in. It’s not something you should wait.
