Resolving Conflicts

Sometimes there are conflicts between trustees or executors and beneficiaries. We are able to head off such conflicts by opening lines of communication even when they've been closed for many years.

We use our substantial creative skill to design plans that address all of the concerns of conflicting family members.

And, all of our estate plans are designed with an eye towards heading off conflict before it ever arises. For example, in any blended family (second marriage situation) a potential for conflict between the second spouse and the children from a prior marriage exists. We design our plans to take into account this potential conflict and prepare our plans to avoid this conflict.
