Ms. Lily Shi is the Director of Client Services for the Law Offices of Vaughan de Kirby, A.P.C. Ms. Shi has worked directly with Vaughan de Kirby for more than ten years. Ms. Shi brings to the firm an unmatched dedication to the needs or the firm’s clients coupled with an extensive knowledge of United States Immigration Law and Personal Injury Law.

Lily Shi in her position of Director of Client Services has supervised a professional staff in a vast array of immigration cases and petitions. She has worked directly with the firm’s business clients in successfully presenting their EB-5, L-1, H-1 and O-1 petitions to USCIS. Additionally, Ms. Shi has assisted many parents and students in reaching their education goal of studying in the United States through the F-1 Visa program.

Lily Shi received her undergraduate education in Beijing. She continued her graduate education at the National University of Singapore where she was awarded a Masters in Business Administration.
